These mug brownies are perfect for when you want just 1 dessert instead of a whole pan. They're ultra gooey dark chocolate brownies without any added sugar, and contain only 150 calories per mug. It takes only 5 minutes to make, and only dirties a mug and a spoon

In a mug, mix together the oat flour, cocoa powder, granulated monk fruit, baking powder, and salt until fully combined.

Add in the egg, milk, and vanilla. Mix to form a batter.

Microwave for 20 seconds, then stir with a spoon. Microwave for another 20 seconds, then stir. Finally, microwave for 10 seconds, for a total of 50 seconds of cook time.
Step 4

Optionally top with chocolate chips, nuts, raisins, or flaky salt. Let cool for 1 minute before eating.
