For the Dough
¾ cupwhite sugar
½ cupvegetable oil
1egg
1 tspvanilla
1 ½ cupall purpose flour
½ tspbaking soda
¼ tspsalt
½ tspcinnamon
¼ tspcinnamon
For the Coating
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 2
Mix oil, sugar, egg and vanilla until smooth.
Step 3
Add in flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon; mix to form a dough.
Step 4
Roll into tbsp balls and toss in coating. Place on parchment lined tray and use for to cross hatch.
Step 5
Bake 8-10 mins. 8 mins for soft, 10 mins for more crunchy.
