Add cottage cheese and beaten egg with salt and pepper to taste mix then add the mozarella spinach and tomatoes . Cover with a lid and cook covered about 7 minutes then remove the lid and cook until the top no longer jiggles or is shiny . It should take about another 5-6 minutes .
