Instructions
Step 1
Wash sushi rice thoroughly. Cook according to package instructions, or usually about 1.2:1 ratio (20%more water than rice) or, in a presume pot at a 1:1 ratio.
Step 2
Once cooked, mix in all the ingredients besides the fruikake. FLuff, and mix with a fork.
Step 3
Sprinkle fruikake for serving.
