Ingredients

1 cupbutter
grass fed, room temp

1 ¼ cupbrown sugar

½ cuppeanut butter
organic

2eggs
room temp

1 tspvanilla extract

1 cupgluten free flour

1 cuptapioca flour

1 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspsea salt

nutmeg

½ cupBrazil nuts
chopped
½ cupdark chocolate quinoa crisps
chopped

0.5chocolate chips

1 ½ cupsmini marshmallows
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven 375 degrees. In a stand mixer with a paddle or mix by hand, sugar, and butter until fluffy. Mix in peanut butter until fluffy and then add eggs one at a time. Add vanilla and mix. In separate bowl mix the next six dry ingredients and slowly add in the dry ingredients half a cup at a time while mixing on low. Add in nuts, chocolate and marshmallows mix briefly just until incorporated. Use a cookie scooper and drop cookies on a parchment lined cookies sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
