to make Bisquick mix

1 Tbspsalt

3 Tbspbaking powder

1 cupshortening
or butter, I used shortening
Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Step 2
Cut in shortening using a pastry cutter or whisk attachment if using and electric mixer.
Step 3
Mix until crumbly.
Step 4
Store in airtight container in the freezer for up to six months.
Step 5
Measure and use as you would bisquick.
