This is one of my favorite puff pastry recipes . Creamy flakey pastry and juicy strawberries it’s as good as it looks

Roll out the puff pastry then cut downwards dividing in four . Then cut through the middle and cut square into triangles . Bake on a lined sheet in 200c fan 400 f oven for 10 minutes or until golden
