Instructions
Step 1
Slice your spam into 3-4cm thickness and make sure to leave 1cm of spam uncut. I used the lid to help me not slice all the way through!

Step 2
Heat up your pan and drizzle oil. Evenly cook the spam on each side for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer your spam onto a plate.

Next, slice your cheese slices into 4.

Insert each slice of cheese in between the spam slices.
