Instructions

Step 1
Mash the bananas in a bowl, add oats and chocolate protein powder (I use Nutri+ vegan 3k protein, chocolate flavour). Mix to combine.
Step 2
Then add water as needed to come to a brownie-batter-like consistency.
Step 3
Put in a muffin tin. I got 14 mini muffins out of this amount.
Step 4
Put in preheated oven at 180°C for 25min.
Step 5
Let cool in tin before transferring to wire rack.
