For the Fish

¼ cupvegetable oil

¼ cuporange juice

2 tbllime juice

1 Tblbrown sugar
packed

½ tspsalt

½ tspallspice

½ tspthyme

½ tspgarlic power

¼ tspcayenne
For the Salsa
Instructions
Step 1
Mix together all the ingredients for the fish and add the mahi-mahi or halibut. Turn to coat. Cover and chill at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Heat a grill pan on a grill rack over high heat. Brush the pan with oil and wait 5 minutes. Brush on more oil, then add fish. Grill covered until almost done, then uncovered until done.
Step 3
Serve with the Salsa.
