Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Step 2
In a shallow dish, mix Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Dip each chicken tender into the beaten eggs, then coat with the Parmesan breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
Step 4
Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Step 5
Lightly spray the chicken tenders with cooking spray.
Step 6
Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is crispy and golden brown.
