Instructions

Step 1
Cook the macaroni al dente with the whole eggs in boiling salted water (approx. 8 min). Drain the macaroni and immerse the eggs in cold water.
Step 2
Sauce: mix the vinegar, rapeseed oil and sour cream in a salad bowl, season, add the fine herbs. Add the hot macaroni, mix. Add the spring onions, gherkins, cherry tomatoes and diced ham.
Step 3
Peel the eggs, cut them into quarters and arrange them in a star shape on the cornette salad, then serve.
