Step 1
Bring water to a boil and cook your desired pasta of choice, penne works best. Once cooked, rinse and let cool.
Step 2
Chop red pepper, orange pepper, yellow pepper, and cucumber and mix in with pasta. Add 1/2 cup feta cheese chopped and the juice of one lemon.
Step 3
Mix around until fully combined, then add 1/4 cup olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add pesto for an extra flavor!
