White Wine Chicken Over Rice

I love a creamy chicken sauce served over rice! This is a crockpot recipe so it’s very simple to make.

Instructions

Step 1
Grease your crockpot
Step 2
Add chicken, seasoning, cream of mushroom, cream cheese and white wine.
Step 3
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours
Step 4
Once your chicken is done, shred it and mix it until a sauce is formed

Optional

Step 5
Add 2 cups of spinach to the crockpot, stir, and close the lid. Let cook while your prep your rice
Step 6
One uncle Ben’s microwave rice, one bag per person
Step 7
Too your chicken sauce on the rice and enjoy
