Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C.
Step 2
Slice the bananas thinly into 2-3mm slices.
Step 3
Place the banana slices into a bowl with the olive oil, salt and paprika and mix to coat.
Step 4
Place slices in an even layer in the air fryer (you may have to cook them in batches) and cook for 5-10 minutes then flip and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 5
The banana chips are done when they are crispy so keep checking them and flipping until a crisp texture is achieved and serve.
