Instructions
Step 1
Mash 2 bananas (the third one is for decoration, don't touch it now). Mix bananas with the rest of wet ingredients - milk, vegetable oil, syrop, egg

Then add flour, cinnamon, and baking soda mixed with lemon juice.

Add slightly chopped walnuts and prunes. Mix everything well👌


Step 4

Add the sliced banana on top, you can sprinkle a bit of granola on top for the crunch.
Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the bread for 30min. Then turn down the heat to 160 degrees and bake another 30 or 40 min.
