Instructions
Step 1
Pour brown butter into a large bowl and mix the brown and white sugar in and mix.
Step 2
Add 1 egg and mix with a spatula (mix everything with spatula)
Step 3
Add the baking powder and espresso powder (espresso powder is optional)
Step 4
Sift the flour in and mix with spatula and then add as much chocolate as you desire.
Step 5
Cover baking tray with baking paper or grease it with butter
Step 6
Pour the cookie dough into the tray and bake at 175 C - 180 C for 27-30min.
