Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil chicken until cooked thoroughly. Then cut into small bit size pieces.

2. Cook rice in a rice cooker or stove top.
Step 3
Once rice is cooked, oil a deep dish cast iron and place the cooked rice, cooked and cut chicken, and 1 to 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup.
Step 4
Stir while heating, add 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water to make it less thick, and add Cajun seasoning to taste.
