Instructions

Step 1
Pour 1 cup of glutinous rice flour into a bowl. Add about 2 pinches of salt. Add about 2 pinches of salt. Pour 1/2 cup of hot water for 1 cup of glutinous rice flour. Mix well with a spoon.

If you have fish cake, cut it into appropriate sizes. Cut about 3 green onions into 2-inch lengths. Let's make the Tteokbokki sauce.

In a bowl, put 1 and 1/2 cups of water, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1tablespoon of sugar

Pour about 1 and a half cups of water into a pan. Pour the sauce you just made. Add the Tteokbokki rice cakes and fish cakes. Boil well over medium-high heat. Cook for around 5 minutes.

When the broth reduces a bit, add some sliced green onions. Turn off the heat and serve in a dish. If you have boiled eggs, you can top them and eat together.
