Chocolate candies unsweetened

Instructions: 1. Melt the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg yolks until they become light and fluffy. 3. Gradually add the cocoa powder to the egg yolks, whisking until well combined. 4. Add the melted coconut oil to the egg yolk mixture, whisking until smooth. 5. Add the salt and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined. 6. Pour the mixture into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with a corner cut off. 7. Pipe the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet or into candy molds. 8. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set. 9. Once set, the candies are ready to eat. Note: These candies will have a rich, dark chocolate flavor and a creamy texture. You can also add a pinch of cinnamon or cayenne pepper for extra flavor. Keep in mind that using egg yolks will give the candies a slightly custard-like texture and a more delicate flavor. If you prefer a firmer texture, you can add a little more cocoa powder or coconut oil.
