Instructions
Step 1
Melt the coconut oil, cocoa powder, almond milk, honey, and dark chocolate together in a saucepan over low heat until all ingredients are well combined and dissolved.
Step 2
Stir in the natural peanut butter, oats, and chia seeds until evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Scoop small portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, shaping each portion into a round cookie shape.
Step 4
Refrigerate the cookies until set.
