Traditional Czech Christmas cookie.
You will need shallow metal or silicone molds to bake them in.

Instructions
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a dough (you can either use a spatula or a stand mixer with a paddle attachment.) Cover it with a plastic wrap and leave in a cool place to rest for 30 minutes (or until it solidifies to clay consistency.)
Step 2
Grease your molds with butter or oil. Fill them with dough to about 0.5 cm thickness, leaving a small valley in the middle.
(Optional: Regret not making less dough.)
Step 3
Place the filled molds on a baking tray and bake in preheated oven at 160 °C for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from molds after they have cooled down - hold on one edge, open side down and swiftly tap the opposite edge on a flat surface (if you greased your molds properly they should easily fall out.)
Step 5
Sprinkle your cookies with powdered sugar and enjoy.
