For the Chicken
3 poundschicken Breast cubes
2 cupsall-purpose flour
3eggs
3 teaspoonshot sauce
2 teaspoonssalt
4 cupscorn flakes
crushed

For the sause
1 cuphot sauce
1 cuphoney
1 teaspoonsriracha

2 teaspoonscornstarch
diluted in 2 tablespoons of water

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken
Step 1
Cut 3 pounds of chicken breast into bite-sized cubes
Prepare the Dipping Station

In a shallow bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cayenne pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt.

In a second bowl, beat the eggs and mix in 2 teaspoons of hot sauce.
Coating Process

First, dip each chicken cube into the seasoned flour mixture, ensuring it is fully coated

Then, dip the flour-coated chicken into the egg mixture, ensuring it's completely covered

Finally, press each chicken cube firmly into the crushed corn flakes, ensuring the corn flakes adhere well to the chicken
Frying the Nuggets

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the chicken nuggets in batches for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through

Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, combine ½ cup hot sauce and ½ cup honey (and sriracha, if added) until well combined. Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.

Assemble the Sandwiches

Slice open the 7 baguettes

For each baguette, layer it with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, and fried onions. Place a generous amount of sauced chicken nuggets on top.
