Step 1
Brown meat add peppers and onion. Season, add cream cheese, mix. Add blended cottage cheese mix. Pour mixture into casserole dish top with provolone.

Bake at 350 for 10-15 min. Switch to broil for 2-3 min (if your dish allows) for a golden brown top
