Ingredients

⅓ cupoil
olive oil or vegetable oil

¼ cupcider vinegar
or red wine vinegar

3 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

2 tablespoonsdijon mustard

2 tablespoonslemon juice

2 tablespoonsItalian seasoning

1 tablespoonKosher salt
or to taste

1 tablespoonpepper

1 tablespoonsugar

1 teaspoongarlic powder

4boneless skinless chicken breasts
Instructions
Step 1
Combine all marinade ingredients in a bowl or freezer bag. Add chicken and toss well to combine.
Step 2
Marinate for 30 minutes (or up to 4 hours) before cooking chicken.
Step 3
Preheat grill to medium high heat.
Step 4
Remove the chicken from the marinade, allowing the excess to drip off. Discard the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Place chicken on the grill for 7-8 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 7-8 minutes or until no pink remains and chicken reaches 165°F.
Step 6
Rest 3-5 minutes before slicing.
