Step 1
Melt 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat. Saute onions until translucent. Add in garlic, rice and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered until almost all broth is absorbed. Turn fire off add in 4 tbsp butter and parmessan cheese. Stir well and serve!
