Instructions

Step 1
First, cube your chicken into 2-3 cm big pieces. Then in a large bowl add your chicken, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, spices, herbs, harissa , salt, and pepper. Let marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes – 3 hours or overnight.
Step 2
Assemble your chicken kabobs so there are 3-4 pieces of chicken on each skewer.
Step 3
Place them into the airfryer and spray with oil. Fry for 17 min at 200C.
