Instructions

2) Cream the butter with the sugars and salt on medium speed until light and creamy.

4) In a separate bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Mix well with a spoon.

5) Sift your dry ingredients into the wet batter. Using a spatula, carefully FOLD the mixture. Avoid overmixing

6) Chop up the chocolate chunks and toss into the dough. Gently fold until well combined.

7) Shape your cookie dough into balls and place them on a tray lined with baking sheets. Press down to flatten them a bit. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 hours, but preferably overnight.

8) Preheat the oven to 180°C. Organize your cookies by ensuring that you leave some space in between each cookie (around 5-6cm). Cook for 13-15 minutes, middle rack, until the edges are golden brown.
