Mix milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.

Step 2
Once combined, add the tapioca pearls and stir. Allow to sit for at least at hour, preferably overnight in the fridge to allow pearls to soften

Move mixture to saucepan and heat over medium heat. Add sugar, and stir till combined

Whisk eggs and add to saucepan. Bring to a simmer

Simmer, while stirring frequently
Step 6
Once mixture thickens, and the pearls soften remove from heat. Add more milk for desired consistency

Allow to cool, and move to the fridge to set.
Step 8
Can be served with fresh fruit, or honey for added sweetness.
