Instructions

Step 1
Sauté sausage and onion together until cooked through. Turn heat down and add eggs. Scrambled until cooked though.
Step 2
To assemble, warm tortilla in the microwave wrapped in a damp paper towel for 15-20 seconds. Layer on cheese and egg mixture, and wrap up. Repeat for all 6 burritos.
Step 3
Seal the edges on a hot pan. Set aside to cool completely before storing in the fridge or freezer.
