Instructions
Step 1

First, scramble the eggs in a bowl with a fork. You can add salt or pepper if you like.

Then add butter or oil onto the pan and let it heat up. I like to add chives too for more flavour.


Step 3

Pour the eggs into the pan and let it cook, leave them like an omelette.


Step 4

Cut the sausage and veg into small pieces.




Step 5

When the egg is cooked, sprinkle a bit of grated cheese on top and cover with a lid. Wait for it to melt.




Step 6

When it's melted, place the tortilla wrap onto the pan and let it stick to the egg and cheese.




Step 7

After a minute or two, flip it over with a spatula and now you can start adding the sausage and vegetables.





Step 8

You can add whatever you like, just remember to try not overfill it. I'm adding sausage, peppers, tomatoes, lettuce and pickles. You can add cucumber or beans or some kind of sauce or sour cream. Anything you like.





Step 9

Now the difficult part, wrapping it. Some tips are adding another wrap onto it and rolling it up, or you can always just eat it like a taco or just flat.
