Instructions

Step 1
Mix all ingredients. Knead for 10 minutes. Dough will be sticky. Place in oiled bowl and let rise until doubled in size.

Oil hands and split dough into 8 (105-110 g) balls. Shape into 2 cm thick disks. Place on oiled tray. Each piece should be well oiled. Let rest 30 min.

Heat large heavy skillet and heat broiler.
Step 4
Gently take apiece and allow gravity to stretch to desired shape.Add squirter if water to pan, then cook 1-2 minutes on one side. Once crispy transfer to broiler for 1 min more. Remove from oven, brush with melted butter and garlic.
