Instructions

Step 1
Cook the rice according to instructions on package. Let cool, then place in a large bowl.
Step 2
Season the chicken as you like and grill until well done. Chop into bite-sized pieces and let cool. Then add the chicken to the bowl.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce. Chop up the lettuce, pickled peppers, and avocados into bite-sized pieces and place into the bowl.
Step 4
Drain and rinse the black beans and corn and place into the bowl
Step 5
Add the cheese and then mix well.
Step 6
Serve with cilantro lime dressing
