Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C. Cover a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, stir to combine peanut butter, eggs, oil and vanilla extract.
Step 3
Add in flour, sugar and salt and mix until combined.
Step 4
Fold in M&Ms, reserving some to the side.
Step 5
Pour 2/3 mixture into the baking tray and press into the tray.
Step 6
Spread jam over the batter to create a covering layer.
Step 7
Cover with remaining batter. Top with set aside M&Ms, pressing them lightly into the top batter layer.
Step 8
Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until lightly browned.
Step 9
Cut into 16 pieces and serve.
