Instructions

Step 1
Toast the bread in the toaster

Meanwhile, bring to the boil a saucepan of water and add a dash of vinegar
Step 3
When the water is bubbling, gently crack the eggs into the saucepan
Step 4
Meanwhile, butter the toast, cut in half and put on a plate
Step 5
After about 3-5 mins the eggs should be a white consistency. Gently removed with a slotted spoon and put on top of the toast. Sprinkle pepper, to taste, on top.
Step 6
Serve with a rocket and watercress salad for greenery
