Step 1
1. In medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon zest and juice, red wine vinegar, worcestershire, garlic and italian seasoning blend. Reserve about 1/2 cup for basting, if you'd like.

2. In large bowl or zip-top bag, pour remaining marinade over chicken, steak or vegetables. Let sit for 30 minutes or overnight for meat.
Step 3
3. Remove meat or veggies from marinade and season with salt and pepper. Now, you're ready to cook! Discard any marinade leftovers.
