Instructions
Step 1
Pre heat grill to 350 F.
Step 2
Place all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
Step 3
Place wings in a resealable ziplock and pour some of the marinade. Keep the rest aside. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
Step 4
Remove wings from marinade, shake excess off, and discard marinade.
Step 5
Grill wings until minimum internal temp 165 F. I like mine well done at 190 F.
Step 6
Bring remaining sauce to a boil.
Step 7
Place wings in a bowl and top with butter and Peri Peri sauce. Toss to coat.
Step 8
Plate wings and garnish with Thai chilies.
Step 9
Combine leftover sauce with mayo for dipping.
