Instructions

Step 1
Mix first five ingredients in a large bowl.
Step 2
Add dry ingredients in a small bowl and mix well.
Step 3
Add half of the dry ingredients to the large bowl and mix until most.
Step 4
Add remaining dry ingredients and mix well.
Step 5
Add optional ingredients, if you'd like.
Step 6
Grease and flour pans (Bundt, loaf, or cupcakes).
Step 7
Bake at 350 degrees. Bundt Pan - 1 hour. Two loaf pans - 35-40 minutes. 24 cupcakes - 30 minutes.
Step 8
Test with a toothpick to make sure the center is cooked.
Step 9
Let cool in the pan 20 minutes, then turn on plate.
