Grandma’s Fudge
Great fudge in less than 20 minutes!
My Grandmother was ambidextrous. She was the pianist for the local Eastern Star and Masonic Temple. Playing majestic marches gave her a very strong left arm. When she made fudge, she would wait until a cold day, the. Take that pan of fudge outside on the back porch, and beat that fudge into submission. I never had any better fudge than that!

Instructions
Step 1
Mix sugar and cocoa into sauce pan.
Step 2
Add stick of butter and can of evaporated milk to pan.
Step 3
Heat pan, while stirring, and bring mixture to a boil.
Step 4
Stir boiling mixture for 7 minutes.
Step 5
Remove pan from heat. Add vanilla. Then stir mixture for 3 minutes.
Step 6
Pour fudgy mixture into a buttered 9 x 9 “ baking dish. Allow to sit and set.
