Instructions
Step 1
Step 1: prep everything I found it easier to use a quarter of an apricot you could cut them into smaller pieces and I started taking out biscuits I used the large ones so I cut them into quarters. I also got my cinnamon and sugar mixed together and prepped.
Step 2
Step 2: I put butter into a pan on the stove top and melted it I Also used a non stick pan.
Step 3
Step 3: roll the dough as flat as possible then add butter glazing it on top.
Step 4
Step 4: sprinkle brown sugar on top of the butter gently spreading it over the top.
Step 5
Step 5: add your apricot either a quarter or small cut pieces then sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Step 6
Step 6: taking each side gently fold the biscuit towards the top I twisted it all together then set them upside down.
Step 7
Step 7: add your dumpling upside down to your pan on a low heat and cover with glass top.
Step 8
Step 8: when the bottom is a golden brown and the top is puffy flip them over to cook the other side.
Step 9
Step 9: once the bottom is golden brown and the sides have started to harden like a biscuit they are ready to pull off. I would take it straight to your cinnamon sugar and cover it completely.
Step 10
Step 10: once covered in cinnamon sugar set aside to cool the middle stays hot for awhile. Enjoy at desired temperature.
