This recipe is for the slow cooker Buffalo chicken which is perfect for this buffalo chicken sandwich.
This is an easy one to throw together during the day and enjoy later at night for dinner with the family. Make sure you toast your buns, as the buffalo chicken is saucy and can turn the buns soggy.

4boneless skinless chicken breasts
12 ounceshot sauce
divided
1 ounceranch seasoning
1 ½ tablespoonsunsalted butter
To Make Sandwiches
Instructions
Step 1
Place the chicken breasts along with ¾ of the bottle of hot sauce and all of the ranch seasoning into your slow cooker.
Step 2
Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Chicken should be cooked to at least 165 degrees.
Step 3
Add the butter and the remaining ¼ bottle of hot sauce, and shred the chicken with two forks. Stir to combine.
Step 4
To assemble sandwiches, place cheese and chicken on a toasted bun. Top with blue cheese dressing and a fried pickle. Enjoy!
