Base Layer
Step 1
Melt butter with cocoa powder and white sugar in a double boiler
Step 2
Add the egg and continuously whisk until thick and smooth
Step 3
Pour into a larger bowl containing the coconut flakes and graham cracker crumbs and mix until combined
Step 4
Press into the bottom of a standard brownie pan
Middle Layer
Step 5
Add heavy cream, softened butter, and custard powder to a mixer and beat until fluffy
Step 6
Add the icing sugar and beat until smooth
Step 7
Press into the pan on top of the base layer until flat and smooth
Top Layer
Step 8
Melt chocolate with butter and mix until combined
Step 9
Pour on top of the middle layer and smoothen
Step 10
Place in the fridge until hardened
