Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C

Mix the sugar mix the butter
Step 3
Add the eggs
Step 4
Incorporate the Greek yogurt, lemon juice and lemon zest

Stir in the dry ingredients
Step 6
Pour the batter into a buttered baking mold
Step 7
Bake at 180°C for 50min if you’re using a 9 inch mold
Step 8
Bake at 180°C for 35min if your using a mold similar to the one in the video/ photo
Step 9
Let the cake cool in the baking mold for 10min before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely
