Step 1
Mix the roll mixture in a bowl and then use your hands to make this into a dough
Step 2
Put some flour on the counter and toll this out into a rectangle long shape. Put the maple syrup on it and spread this out with a knife. Sprinkle the Cinnamon on this
Step 3
Roll this up and cut it into 11 pieces or you can make them bigger if you wish just change the calories
Step 4
Cook these in the air fryer until golden brown. While they're cooling you can make the icing by mixing the protein and a dash of almond milk and spread that on top!
