Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200-205 °C and prepare a baking sheet with dimensions of at least 30 cm x 30 cm and line it with baking paper.

Prepare the salmon fillets: Wash them, dry them, rub them with rapeseed or sunflower oil, salt them, pepper them, drizzle them with honey and place them on the prepared tray.

Step 3
Place the sheet in the preheated oven and bake, depending on the thickness of the fillets, for 10-11 minutes at 200-205 °C.

Meanwhile, prepare the sauce: Peel the garlic, put it in a tall mixing bowl and add parsley, dill, lemon zest and juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, dried oregano and 50 ml of water. Then blend the entire contents of the container with a hand blender and let the resulting sauce stand at room temperature for the time being.
