Step 1
Preheat your oven to 425f
Step 2
Grease a 9x12 baking dish
Step 3
Prep your spinach by washing and chopping it
Step 4
To your baking dish, add dry orzo, broth, half and half, seasonings, sun dried tomatoes (and oil from jar), seasonings, chopped spinach and chicken
Step 5
Mix well and make sure the orzo is covered by the liquid
Step 6
Bake at 425 for 40 minutes
Step 7
Once it’s done, mix well and slowly fold in parm cheese
