1 Tbspminced garlic
1 Tbspgrated ginger
1 Tbsplight soy sauce
1 Tbspchinese cooking wine
½ tspwhite pepper
¼ tspsalt

Step 1
Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, cooking wine, garlic, ginger, white pepper and salt for at least 30 minutes. After marinating the chicken, add in the egg and mix, then cover it with the sweet potato starch. Make sure all of the chicken is evenly covered to get a good crisp when fried. Add the chicken to the hot oil. Cook it for 4-5 minutes or until it is golden brown. In a bowl, mix in your ingredients for the sauce. Pour in the fried chicken popcorn and coat it with the sauce. Top it with furikake. Enjoy!
