Instructions
Step 1
Season the wings with the salt, white pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and curry powder. Mix well and let marinade for 30 minutes to an hour at room temperature.
Step 2
Preheat deep frying oil at 300*F. Coat the chicken in cornstarch. Fry the wings in batches to avoid overcrowding. Cook for 8-10 minutes.
Step 3
Once all the chicken is cooked, heat the oil to 350* F and cook the chicken in batches until golden brown and crispy.
Step 4
Season the chicken with a little salt once it comes out of the oil. Serve warm with a side of white rice.
