Pre-heat oven to 160 degree (fan).

For the base…

Melt butter and crush biscuits. Combine biscuits and sweetener with butter.

Press base into 6 small ramekins.

For the filling…

Combine all ingredients together and mix well.
Step 5
Split filling mixture onto bases in 6 small ramekins.
Step 6
Bake cheesecakes for 35-40 minutes or until centre has set.
Step 7
Remove from oven and leave to cool.
Step 8
Leave to chill in fridge for at least 4 hours for correct texture to develop.
