Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat

Combine the mozzarella, parmesan, and eggs in a bowl and mix until fully combined. Spoon the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in 4 portions. Top each with slices of jalapeno
Step 3
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until cheese has fully melted and the bread begins to brown
Step 4
Let cool for 5 minutes and serve
